Study of Low-Frequency Sound Absorption Based on Negative Stiffness Membrane Structure

The system stiffness of a negative membrane structure is widely investigated in metamaterial research, and some special performances have been achieved. While for acoustics, low-frequency absorption still remains big issue, so this work, with its theoretical calculation model experimental verification sound established. Moreover, the nonlinear changes thin film under different deformation conditions spacing between two permanent magnets are systematically analyzed, obtaining analytical equation thin-film system. Combined finite element simulation analysis, variation rule influencing factors discussed. Specifically, impact mass radius, thickness, thickness on magnetic force analyzed. Based acquired testing results, proper addition suction will induce shift peak to lower frequency region. This work provides useful insights further development theory prototype structure.
